Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Auto-proxy-all-trafic extension handles information.

1. Data Collection

The extension does not collect, store, or transmit personal data or personally identifiable information to any project-owned server.

2. Data Usage and Storage

Proxy configuration, credentials, the desired switch state, VPN status, public IP status, and exception domains are stored in the browser's isolated extension storage. These values are used only to configure browser proxy routing.

3. Third-Party Services

The extension routes public IP check domains directly in its PAC script and periodically requests third-party HTTPS public IP services, including https://api.ipify.org?format=json, https://icanhazip.com/, and Cloudflare trace, to compare the current public IP with the saved baseline public IP. This is used to pause the extension proxy when another VPN appears to be active or when IP checks fail because of a network/proxy conflict.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share user data. Proxy credentials are not sent to any project-owned server.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting the new version on this page.
